  • WP1: Project managements and innovation development coordination​

    To manage the STAMINA project scope, objectives, schedule, quality, risks, effort, progress and budget settings, including the establishment of a clear process for dealing with contractual, legal, ethical and gender equality issues​

    Produce a project management handbook, a data management plan and a report on ethical governance

  • WP2: User requirements and gap analysis​

    To collect end-user requirements of national planners​

    To perform gap analysis of existing pandemic emergency tools and systems​

    To map all national legislation and perform comparative analysis

  • WP3: STAMINA technical design, specifications and integration​

    To define the specifications of the STAMINA system architecture​

    To define a common understanding of the STAMINA system and provide common guides and procedures to build a consistent, secure and private platform​

  • WP4: STAMINA data management services​

    To develop the necessary data management mechanisms addressing access, storage and governance​

    To develop the Common Semantic Data Model, which will be used for semantically annotating raw and aggregated data of diverse types​

  • WP5: STAMINA Decision Support Toolset development​

    To develop the individual software components, that will constitute the STAMINA Decision Support Toolset, based on products and prototypes brought or developed by the technology provider partners.​

    To develop a recommendation engine that comprises of prediction and early warning functionalities​​

    To update, enhance and fine-tune predictive models to obtain more meaningful output quantities​​

    To extract insights related to disease outbreaks from social media and the web​​

    To enhance the scenario generation tool to run mixed reality training and operational scenarios for pandemic preparedness​​

    To allow adaptive (esp. map-based) visualizations for a common operational picture ​​

  • WP6: Diagnostic tools for rapid detection of emerging diseases at point-of-care ​

    To establish a series of new diagnostic devices for rapid detection of emerging diseases at point-of-care (POCT)​

    To utilise these tools into a series of assessments of critical pathogens and epidemic viruses towards evaluating the prediction accuracy​

    The incorporation of customized smart wearable devices within the overall POCT infrastructure, for the rapid detection and early prognosis of potentially infected subjects including personnel involved in pandemic crisis management control​




  • WP7: Health Technology and Impact Assessment and Commercial Roadmap​

    Measure the impact of STAMINA on users and consumers​

    Estimate the potential cost-effectiveness of STAMINA compared to existing alternative solutions​

    Build a business plan for commercialization of the STAMINA solution

  • WP8: Demonstration and Evaluation​

    Organize and implement STAMINA demonstrations, and evaluations of the system in each demonstration that will provide recommendations for future adoption​

    Generate training material in different languages

    Produce the STAMINA best practices and recommendations handbook​
